Further to my letter in early September I am sending this email to remind you about the upcoming Activity Tourism Forum on

Attendance at the Activity Tourism Forum is free of charge and your support is vital as we continue to deliver the Activity Tourism Marketing Action Plan and also plan towards next year.

The Activity Tourism Forum is being held on the afternoon of the CAAN Network meeting to which you are all invited.

This should be of great benefit to all ATF members as it will provide the opportunity to receive information first hand and ask questions on a range of topics. It will also provide a vital opportunity to network with relevant private and public sector stakeholders. Details of the CAAN Network Meeting agenda and format have already been sent to you by post but they are also available to download form the red link at the bottom of this email.

I would actively encourage you to attend the full day if possible.

There is also information of the election procedure for the new Activity Tourism Working Group.

I would be grateful if you could confirm your attendance with Ben Willis – 02890 303 930 or ben@countrysiderecreation.com clearly stating if you will be attending A.M. and/or PM. session, if you require lunch and if you have any dietary requirements.
