This is the 8th year of the festival which drew a record of 150,000 visitors last year. This year's event takes place on the quays both north and south of the Liffey, with attractions for all ages. CAAN will be attending under the Outdoor NI brand to promote the Summer Campaign. In order to maximize consumer interaction and data collection we would like to provide some interactive activities on the stand. We are therefore offering a fantastic opportunity for an activity provider to put up a (b)MOBILE CLIMBING TOWER(/b) within the CAAN stand on the following dates: Friday 4th June – 1pm – 10pm Saturday 5th June – 10am – 10pm Sunday 6th June – 10am – 8pm Monday 7th June – 10am – 6pm Location – Dublin Docklands, Dublin We would therefore welcome proposals from activity providers to deliver this service. Taking the following into account: CAAN will be covering the costs for the stand space therefore providing a free opportunity for an activity provider to engage with a diverse audience of over 150,000 visitors! By providing the climbing wall it will also give you the opportunity to promote your business at this event as well as benefit from the PR and e-marketing that we intend to do before and after the event. Another benefit is that CAAN will give you access to the data collection received from the event for further targeted marketing purposes – in 2009 we received approx 150 contacts per day from the Tall Ships event in August using a climbing wall. With regards to staffing at the event, CAAN will be managing the visitors to the wall, therefore we would advise that you dedicate 2 members of staff throughout the event. Please submit proposals including any costs to Beverley Pierson (b)before 5pm on Wednesday 28th April 2010(/b) If you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact me. Beverley Pierson Tel: 028 9030 3938 Email: beverley@countrysiderecreation.com The successful applicant will be asked to provide evidence of the following: vetting of all staff, risk and safety policies, insurance and codes of behaviour when working with children, young people and vunerable adults. |
