The best way of doing this is by presenting facts. By filling in the activity tourism questionnaire we are able to collate the key statistics on activity tourism businesses in Northern Ireland. By gathering good information, we can: • secure funding for marketing initiatives and product development • secure prominence within Northern Ireland Tourist Board strategy • demonstrate the growth of the activity tourism sector • demonstrate the value and importance of the activity tourism sector to the Northern Ireland tourism industry I am sending you a copy of the questionnaire now so that you can ensure you are collecting all the relevant figures for the May - September 2010 season as you go through the season. This will mean filling in the questionnaire in October will be a straightforward job. Please note that your answers will be treated as confidential at all times. Any information made available from the research will only be total results for the industry. I will make contact again in October in order to request the completed questionnaire.
