OutdoorNI.com Christmas Campaign - Submit your gift vouchers now!!

Dear Activity Provider,

OutdoorNI.com will be launching a Christmas Campaign in mid November. This is your opportunity to get involved.

Aim:
Generate enquiries and revenue for activity providers at a typically quiet time of the year.

Gift Vouchers for Activity Experiences:
Although the vast majority of outdoor activities are not available during November / December there is obviously a high demand for gifts at this time of the year.

Therefore OutdoorNI.com wishes to promote Gift Vouchers for Activity Experiences during the run in to Christmas.

Gift Vouchers will have their own dedicated section which will be prominently positioned on the OutdoorNI.com homepage currently attracting on average 9,500 visits per month.

Promotion:
The OutdoorNI.com Christmas Campaign will be launched in mid – November with the following activity:

-OutdoorNI.com promotional e-zine distributed to 6,000 contacts in mid November and early December.
-Regular Facebook updates on OutdoorNI.com page to nearly 1,200 fans http://www.facebook.com/OutdoorNI
-Christmas Blog on Northern Ireland’s Adventure Blog http://www.outdoorni.com/blog/adventure/

How to get involved:

As with all promotional opportunities on OutdoorNI.com this campaign is absolutely FREE to activity providers.

Simply upload your Gift Voucher via the Trade Log In area of OutdoorNI.com.

If you have lost your Username and Password please contact the CAAN Marketing Team.

Click on My Gift Vouchers / Add New Gift Voucher – then follow on-line instructions.

Deadline for submission is Friday 12th November.

What we are looking for:
The gift vouchers should be for tangible experiences that will inspire the consumer. Minimum requirements and an example have been provided and our available to download from the red link at the bottom of this email.

Generic vouchers such as ‘£20 towards any activity at Joe Bloggs Activity Centre’ will not be accepted.
