This year’s conference will present a unique training and networking opportunity for those with an interest in the development, delivery and promotion of inclusive outdoor recreation to everyone living in NI regardless of age, background or ability. (please refer to attached doc for conference theme). The Venture Outdoors team has organised an innovative and exciting programme including a series of training workshops for those who are keen to learn new techniques to engage with the unrepresented communities and therefore encouraging them to use the outdoors. After the success of last year’s event, attended by over 100 delegates including - activity providers, countryside officers, park rangers, voluntary & community organisations, we would like to invite you to be part of the second Venture Outdoors conference. This is an excellent opportunity for further information gathering and networking. We feel it is important that the exhibitors attending reflect ‘What can happen outdoors in Northern Ireland’ providing a full range of recreation ideas and opportunities. We have also asked member organisations to exhibit allowing for information and requirements to be exchanged giving those that plan projects and those who facilitate outdoor recreation the space to network. Exhibition space free of charge….. Exhibitors will not be charged to exhibit but will be charged £15 for hire of tables and their lunch. Exhibitors will be provided with a 6ft trestle table and 2 chairs. The conference will run from 9.30am to 4.15pm. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to brand their space with penguin stands, promotional materials, literature etc. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity then please send me confirmation by Friday 12 November. We only have space for 16 exhibitors and will be working on a first come first served bases.
