The objective of the survey is to explore consumer experiences and perceptions of the activity provider offering in order to identify where improvements could be made. A report will be available in spring 2011, the results of which will be used to influence future training delivered to activity providers by CAAN/NITB. The survey will be emailed directly to 3000 member of CAAN consumer database and promoted via OutdoorNI.com Facebook www.facebook.com/OutdoorNI . How can you help? In order to maximise the number of responses to the questionnaire, we wish to offer an incentive to the respondents. All questionnaire respondents will be included in a free prize draw for an activity experience gift voucher. There are currently several vouchers contained in the Christmas Gift Vouchers Section of OutdoorNI.com. We would be delighted if an activity provider could offer a voucher in £41 - £60 bracket. The activity provider offering the voucher will obviously benefit from a short blurb on their company, activity voucher and direct link to their website.
