CAAN has recently carried out research with the aim of gaining an understanding of customer expectations of the service level provided by activity providers.

Find out those customer expectations to ensure you can meet them in the forthcoming season.

-NITB Industry Training
NITB significantly invests in training for the activity tourism sector each year. In the past two years this has been provided via a learning journey and training seminar. This is your opportunity to shape how this training is delivered in 2011 / 2012.

The Activity Tourism Forum now has a representative on the UK Adventure Mark Managing Forum. This focus group will provide that representative with an overview of the local industry’s opinion and issues surrounding the scheme.
