This training course will help develop & build your confidence & skills on understanding difficult behaviour and exploring ideas and strategies on how to effectively engage with young people and young adults who display difficult and challenging characteristics. The training will be facilitated by ‘Fairbridge Training’ who have over 25 years of experience in engaging with young people aged 13-25 that other mainstream organisations or programmes have found difficult to engage. Fairbridge works with young people through 15 centres across Scotland, England & Wales, providing them with the confidence, self-esteem, social & personal skills they need to change their lives. The cost of the course is usually £99+Vat.
