This training will provide:
• Practical tips on how to make activities more accessible for people with hearing loss
• An opportunity to dispel the myths and stereotypes around hearing loss
• Greater understanding of the etiquette and protocol to use when working with minority ethnic communities
• Understanding the importance of making communications more accessible for people from minority ethnic communities
• A course certificate from Action on Hearing Loss (formerly RNID)
