Training Outcomes: - Interactive practical session of transfers with volunteers with a range of disabilities, delivered by The Calvert Trust who have over 30 years of experience delivering outdoors activities to people of all ages and abilities. - Greater understanding of the etiquette and protocol to use when working with people with disabilities. - Practical tips and techniques when work with challenging behaviours from people with disabilities.
