OutdoorNI.com is planning its marketing campaign for February 2012. The campaign will run from the last week in January to the end of February 2012.

The Target Markets will be Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland

There are plenty of easy ways to get involved. The more you put in, the more you will get out. An overview of opportunities is outlined below.

1. Upload Events / Activity Ideas

OutdoorNI.com cannot promote your activities or related events if they are not on the website. So please spend time to ensure your details are up to date. The ‘How to get the best out of OutdoorNI.com’ User Guide is available to download from here http://forum.outdoorni.com/Thread.aspx?ID=259 . Events and Ideas that provide clear details with strong images will have a better chance of being selected to feature in e-zines and blogs.

2. Upload Gift Vouchers for Valentine’s Market

Vouchers that will work best for the Valentine’s market will be the ‘for Him’ and for ‘for Her’ activity experiences. If you are uploading a voucher ‘for him’ and ‘for her’ make sure you target the appropriate market (male or female) in the blurb and provide a suitable image for each category. I.e. a ‘for Her’ voucher should have an image of a female participating in the activity. Again the gift vouchers that follow the best practice guidelines http://forum.outdoorni.com/Thread.aspx?ID=259 will have a better chance of being selected to feature in the e-zines and blogs.

Please note that there is now a gift voucher tab on the individual activity provider pages. If you currently have any gift vouchers uploaded to OutdoorNI.com providing a link to this page is a great way to promote your individual gift vouchers through your own e-marketing and Facebook campaigns.

3. Offer a Competition prize

OutdoorNI.com is currently recruiting competition prizes for the period February 2012 – March 2013 to support its online promotional activities. The deadline to offer a prize is Friday 24th February 2012. Prizes offered will be used throughout the 13 month e-marketing and social media campaigns. Finally, don’t forget the deadline to upload Adventureland Events is 27th January 2012 – this Friday!
