OutdoorNI.com is recruiting competition prizes to support our online promotional activities.

Recruiting prizes will enable OutdoorNI.com to have a stock of prizes allowing us to react quickly to any promotional opportunities. It also means OutdoorNI.com can promote a range of providers over the course of the year and will reduce the need to communicate to the trade for each promotional opportunity – saving staff time for both trade and OutdoorNI.com.

Those offering prizes will be made aware in advance which competitions their prizes will be used for. All prizes must be from OutdoorNI accredited providers.

We require a stock of prizes for OutdoorNI as well as a prize for a Northern Ireland Adventureland Survey. Details below:

Option 1 - E-zine / Website Competition
•Prizes must have a retail value of over £150
•The prize must be valid for 2 or more people
•These prizes will be promoted to OutdoorNI.com web visitors (average 12,600 per month) and OutdoorNI.com – e-zine subscribers 10,000 +
•The website URL of the company offering the prize will be included in at least 2 e-zines promoting the prize
•The logo and website of the company offering the prize will also be included on the OutdoorNI.com Competition page see http://www.outdoorni.com/competition/
•OutdoorNI.com may also use this prize in other online and offline media outlets if the opportunity arises

Option 2 - Facebook Competition
•Prizes must have a retail value of over £50
•The prize must be valid for 2 or more people
•These prizes will be promoted to OutdoorNI.com 4,122+ Facebook Fans http://www.facebook.com/OutdoorNI
•The Facebook page of the company offering the prize will be tagged on any Facebook post (at least 3 posts) promoting the prize
•The competition entry period will not be longer than two weeks

*Opportunities may also arise to use the above prizes (option 1 or option 2) in conjunction with an NITB campaign.

Option 3 - Adventureland Weekend Participant Survey Prize
•The prize will be promoted via a survey that will be circulated at the end of August to all participants of 2013 Northern Ireland Adventureland Weekend (NIA)
•The website URL of the company offering the prize will be included in an email to all NIA Participants and also in the survey
•The prize must be for at least 2 or 4 people on a guided activity
•The prize must be valid until 31st February 2013 and will be subject to availability
•If more than one provider offers a prize the most suitable prize will be used for this option

•Retail Value
•Suitability – any age, weight, height, ability restrictions
•Which option the prize is valid for – Option 1 Ezine/Website, Option 2 Facebook or Option 3 Northern Ireland Adventureland Survey
