OutdoorNI.com is planning its e-marketing campaign for February 2014. We will be carrying out an online marketing campaign with the objective of increasing the awareness of the range of outdoor activities available at this time of year to both the NI and ROI markets.

As well as our ongoing Facebook and Twitter Campaign we will also be writing the following:

Valentine’s Day Blog – Promoting different ways to spend Valentine’s Day
NI & ROI Ezines:
Valentines Gift Vouchers, Events, Ideas
Half Term events, ideas to keep the kids amused

In order to gather content for the above e-marketing we are looking for you to upload the following (user guide available to download from link at bottom) by FRIDAY 31ST JANUARY:

• Events – Valentines and Half Term
• Activity Ideas - Remember unlike events, activity ideas are NOT date specific but are simply set to inspire the customer. Whilst your profile allows you to tell the consumer everything you do, the ‘Activity Ideas’ section allows you to tell the consumer what you do best and is a great way to promote your ‘best sellers.’ Therefore these do not have to be Valentines themed but can be ideas to inspire couples to experience an activity together.
•Gift Vouchers - Vouchers that will work best for the Valentine’s market will be the ‘for Him’ and for ‘for Her’ activity experiences. Again they don’t have to be themed but will be activities that could be given as a present or a voucher for two people to enjoy together. Gift vouchers that follow the best practice guidelines http://forum.outdoorni.com/Thread.aspx?ID=351 will have a better chance of being selected to feature in the e-zines and blogs.

Remember the more you engage with the site the more coverage you will receive within our marketing activity - we can only promote your events if we know about them!

As always Events and Ideas that provide clear details with strong images will have a better chance of being selected to feature in e-zines and blogs.
