OutdoorNI.com is recruiting competition prizes to support a number of online promotional activities. Please see below for more details of how to get involved:

Discover Northern Ireland Take Over

On w/b 21/07/14 we will be working in conjunction with Discover Northern Ireland on a week long social media takeover promoting outdoor activities. During the week Discover Northern Ireland will post every day about different outdoor activities/events in Northern Ireland, share blogs etc to create a buzz about all the different outdoor activity opportunities in Northern Ireland (make sure to have any events/ideas up to date on OutdoorNI as content will be pulled from the website). As part of this week long campaign Discover Northern Ireland will be running a competition for their 218,000 social media followers.

The details of the competition are as follows:
•The prize must be for an outdoor activity experience for a family of 4
•All prizes must be from OutdoorNI accredited providers
•The competition will be promoted at least 5 times to Discover Northern Ireland’s social media subscribed audience of 218,000 across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google +
•The competition will also be featured on a promoted post on Discover Northern Ireland Facebook page (monthly Facebook reach of 2.6m)
•It may also be featured in an email going out to Discover Northern Ireland’s database of 60,000 (this is subject to scheduling)
•The competition will also be shared across OutdoorNI’s social media platforms including Facebook (5,359 fans) and Twitter (2,290 followers)

OutdoorNI Ezine/Website Competition

We are also sourcing stock prizes for OutdoorNI. Recruiting prizes will enable OutdoorNI.com to have a stock of prizes allowing us to react quickly to any promotional opportunities. It also means OutdoorNI.com can promote a range of providers over the course of the year and will reduce the need to communicate to the trade for each promotional opportunity – saving staff time for both trade and OutdoorNI.com.

The details of the competition are as follows:
•Prizes must have a retail value of over £150
•All prizes must be from OutdoorNI accredited providers
•The prize must be valid for 2 or more people
•These prizes will be promoted to OutdoorNI.com web visitors (average 14,351 per month) and OutdoorNI.com – e-zine subscribers 10,000 +
•The website URL of the company offering the prize will be included in at least 2 e-zines promoting the prize
•The logo and website of the company offering the prize will also be included on the OutdoorNI.com Competition page see http://www.outdoorni.com/competition/ for current competition
•OutdoorNI.com may also use this prize in other online and offline media outlets if the opportunity arises
