If you want to offer events for this year’s event please upload them to the trade area following these steps below: • Go to http://trade.outdoorni.com/Login.aspx • Enter in your username and password – please let us know if you have forgotten these and we can change them for you • Click on ‘My Events’ • Click on ‘Add New NIA 2014 Event’ Activity providers wanting to offer the same/similar event to what they offered last year now have the facility to copy the event information across in order to save time in uploading all this information again. To do this, click on ‘My Events’ and then onto ‘View/Edit My NIA 2014 Events’, select the relevant event and click on ‘Add a Similar Event’. Please note in order to take part in 2015’s Northern Ireland Adventureland Weekend Campaign, outdoor activity providers are required to have the necessary external safety accreditation. Please find further details from the red link at the bottom of this email which outlines how to upload events including guidance notes and good practice examples.
